Pranic Healing

Explore another dimension of wellbeing.

Pranic Healing is Nina's second area of work. It is distinct from Posture Alignment and is approached through the Pranic Healing framework.

What is Pranic Healing?

A framework for energy and wellbeing.

Pranic Healing is an approach that works with the idea of energy in and around the body. It is practised as a complementary path to wellbeing — alongside, never instead of, medical care.

For many people, it begins simply as curiosity: a wish to understand themselves more deeply, to find stillness, or to explore meditation with guidance.

What Nina practises and teaches

Sessions, psychotherapy, meditation and teaching.

Nina is a long-time Pranic Healer — a Certified Pranic Psychotherapist, Healer and Instructor.

  • Individual Pranic Healing sessions
  • Pranic Psychotherapy
  • Guided meditation
  • Workshops and teaching programmes

What might a session involve?

A session is a calm, unhurried conversation and practice. You remain fully clothed and seated or lying comfortably. Nina explains what she is doing and why, and there is space for your questions throughout. Experiences differ from person to person — many people simply describe a sense of deep rest.

How does meditation fit in?

Meditation is a central part of the Pranic Healing framework. Nina guides meditation practices that help people cultivate stillness, clarity and steadiness — skills that many find valuable in everyday life, independent of any healing session.

Who might be curious about it?

  • People seeking stillness or a meditation practice
  • People curious about energy and wellbeing
  • People navigating stress or emotionally demanding periods
  • People who simply want to understand themselves more deeply

What should a first-time visitor expect?

No preparation is needed. Come as you are, with whatever questions you have. Nina will explain the framework plainly, answer honestly, and never pressure you into further sessions or courses. You decide what — if anything — you would like to explore next.

Learning happens through Atmatva.

Posture Alignment, by contrast, is explored right here on this site. The two areas are related in life, but the professional approaches remain distinct.
